We design for how users in India actually use their phones. This means accounting for varied internet speeds, different screen sizes, and multiple languages. Even a grandparent should be able to figure out your app without calling for help.

We test apps on older Android phones with spotty 3G connections, not just the latest iPhones with perfect WiFi. Your app needs to work in Tier 2 cities during rush hour, not just in a developer's office.
